Kick your cupcakes up a notch with these custom, precut edible photos! Printed with edible ink on extra thick wafer paper so they stand up in the frosting without curling or sagging. This set contains nine precut 2" x 3" images.


IMAGE: We will provide any minor color, brightness or contrast adjustment necessary. If major editing is necessary, additional charges may apply. We can do up to 3 different photos per sheet. Please choose how many different images you would like per page in the drop-down menu when you place your order.

Edible image quality greatly depends on photo resolution. To get the best quality images, please provide the highest resolution photo possible 300 dpi is ideal. Accepted file formats are .jpg, .png, and .pdf. No links please. Images containing nudity, graphic or violent content are not accepted. If your image can be cropped to remove this content, we will do that for you.

You can send your image via Etsy message or email it to sweetsandstuffnapa [!at] gmail.com. Please include your order number in the subject line.

The production process will begin once we have your image(s). If you do not send your image right away the production process will pause causing your order to ship later than expected.


PROOFS: Digital proofs are available upon request after your order is placed. Please request a proof in your order notes. Once your order has been placed you will receive a digital proof within two business days. Once the final proof has been approved your order will ship within three business days. Each order can receive up to two digital proofs. Three or more proofs will incur an additional fee.


PRODUCTION: The turnaround time for these toppers is four business days. Larger orders (ten sheets or more) will take longer. Time may be added if you have requested a proof (please see Proofs section above).


SHIPPING: Shipping will depend on where you live and the method of shipping you choose. Please note that USPS delivery dates are an ESTIMATE ONLY and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur during holiday seasons or due to unexpected delays. Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $30 or more. Standard shipping is USPS First Class Mail which generally arrives in 5 to 7 days. You can upgrade your shipping at checkout to USPS Priority Mail which arrives in 1-4 days. Please note that Priority Mail is not used for free shipping orders.

*Wafer paper is a tasteless edible paper made from potato starch and olive oil. It stays rather firm and papery and the consistency is similar to communion wafers. Wafer paper drink toppers should be stored in cool, dark place in the sealed plastic bag in which they are shipped. Do not refrigerate or freeze. They will keep indefinitely. However, edible inks may fade if exposed to light for extended periods.
